It’s time for participation to have an impact.
Aiteal Co is an independent participation and collaborative governance practice. We tend spaces for reflection, deliberation and decision making on complex challenges. Our work aims to spark collaboration and inspire action in communities and by people that hold power.
We believe in learning through doing. Our approaches support people and organisations to build the skills and confidence to hold spaces for participation long term.
We’re enabled by tech but not digital first.
